Priced for a small store, not for a warehouse team

Restoc does one job. It watches your stock and tells you when to reorder. That is why the bottom plan is $29 a month and not a call with a sales team.

For most small stores the problem with a full inventory suite is not the feature list. It is the floor price. Restoc's floor is $29 a month for up to 200 tracked SKUs on one location, and that cheapest plan is not a hollowed-out plan.

What Starter already gives you

  • Reorder point per SKU, worked out from your sales velocity and the supplier lead time you enter
  • A store-wide sales velocity window of 7, 14 or 30 days
  • Email alerts when a SKU crosses its reorder point
  • A weekly reorder report with suggested order quantities, exportable as CSV
  • A dashboard showing days of inventory remaining per SKU
  • Billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, not by a separate card payment

Moving up mostly buys SKU capacity. Growth adds Slack alerts alongside email. Pro adds a per-SKU override on the velocity window. A merchant who sees a reorder point coming can place the order before a best seller hits zero, and we are not going to put a dollar figure on what that is worth in your store.

Choosing a plan

Pick by your active SKU count first, then by where you want the alert to land. The caps are enforced on the server at sync time, so count your variants before you choose.

Starter, $29 a month or $290 a year

For a store tracking up to 200 SKUs on one location. Reorder points from your velocity and lead time, the store-wide 7, 14 or 30 day window, email alerts, the weekly reorder report with CSV export, and the days of inventory dashboard are all in here.

Growth, $59 a month or $590 a year

For a store tracking up to 1,000 SKUs on one location, five times Starter's capacity and enforced at sync time like every other cap. Everything in Starter, plus Slack alerts through an incoming webhook alongside email. This is the plan for a store whose variant count has outgrown a spreadsheet and whose reorder decisions happen in a channel rather than an inbox.

Pro, $99 a month or $990 a year

For a store tracking up to 2,000 SKUs on one location. Everything in Growth, plus custom reorder rules: a per-SKU override on the sales velocity window, so a slow seasonal line and a fast mover do not have to share the same window. That is the top of the range, and 2,000 SKUs is the largest catalogue Restoc is built for.

One location per plan, on every tier. Per-location reorder points are not in Restoc, and we would rather say that here than let you find it out after signup.

How billing works

The 60-day free trial

Every plan starts with 60 free days. The trial is built so that at least one full weekly reorder cycle completes before the first charge, which means you read a real reorder report before you pay for one.

Monthly or yearly

Pay by the month, or a year at a time. Yearly is ten months' price for twelve months: $290 for Starter, $590 for Growth, $990 for Pro, two months free against paying monthly. Annual billing is offered as an option at signup, so you do not have to start monthly and switch later.

Who takes the money

Three tiers, Starter, Growth and Pro, charged through Shopify's native billing API. The charge lands on your Shopify invoice. There is no separate card payment to Restoc, and your payment details stay with Shopify.

What happens at your SKU cap

Each tier's cap is enforced on the server at sync time, not as a soft nudge. Restoc will not quietly track more SKUs than the plan you are paying for, so count your active variants and pick the tier that covers them.

Questions

Is there a free plan?

No free tier. The free part is the 60-day trial, which comes with every plan, after which Starter is $29 a month or $290 a year.

What is the cheapest plan, and is it cut down?

Starter, at $29 a month or $290 a year, for up to 200 tracked SKUs on one location. It carries the core of the product: reorder points from your sales velocity and lead time, the 7, 14 or 30 day velocity window, email alerts on a crossing, the weekly reorder report with CSV export, and the days of inventory dashboard. What it does not carry is Slack alerts, which start on Growth, and the per-SKU velocity window override, which is Pro.

Does paying yearly save anything?

Yes. Yearly is ten months' price for twelve months, so $290 for Starter, $590 for Growth and $990 for Pro. That is two months free against paying monthly, and the yearly option is offered at signup.

Do I hand over a credit card to Restoc?

No. Billing runs through Shopify's native billing API, so the subscription shows up on your Shopify invoice rather than as a separate card payment, and your payment details stay with Shopify and never reach us.

Will I be charged during the trial?

The 60-day trial is built so that at least one full weekly reorder cycle completes before the first billing charge.

What happens if my store goes over its SKU limit?

Your tier's cap is enforced on the server at sync time, so Restoc does not track more SKUs than your plan covers. Count your active variants before you pick a plan, and move up a tier when the catalogue outgrows it.

How many SKUs and locations does each tier cover?

Starter covers up to 200 tracked SKUs, Growth up to 1,000, and Pro up to 2,000. Every plan covers one location.

When can I install it?

Not yet. Join the waitlist with your email and we will say when installs open and what the 60-day trial looks like on day one.
