Refunds

If you want to ask about a Restoc charge, write to support@restocapp.com with the details of that charge. This page does not set out a refund policy, so it tells you where the charge appears, what to include in your message, and nothing more.

Restoc is not open yet, so anything on this page about what it does is what it is being built to do.

What this article covers

You saw a Restoc charge and you want to ask about it. This article tells you where that charge comes from, what details make the question easy to answer, and the one address to send it to.

Restoc subscriptions are billed on your Shopify invoice, not through a separate card we hold. Payment details stay with Shopify and never reach us.

This page states no refund policy, no likelihood and no timescale, because there is none declared. Write to the support address with the facts of the charge and leave it there.

Ask about a charge

  1. Find the charge on your Shopify invoice

Restoc bills on your Shopify invoice. Open the billing section of your Shopify admin and note the amount and the date exactly as they appear there.

  2. Match it to a plan

Restoc sells Starter at $9 a month, Growth at $19 a month and Pro at $29 a month. Annual billing is $90, $190 and $290 a year. If you are unsure which plan you are on, the plans and prices article lists what each one includes.

  3. Gather four details

Your store's .myshopify.com domain, the email address you sign in with, the amount and date of the charge, and the plan name you expected to be on. Four lines is enough.

  4. Email support@restocapp.com

Send those details to support@restocapp.com. Every message to that address lands in the support desk.

  5. Keep it in one thread

Reply in the same thread rather than opening a new one, so the charge details and any follow-up questions stay together.

If you are not sure what you were billed for

Restoc holds your plan tier, your trial end date and the state of your Shopify subscription charge. Settings > Account exports a JSON file of everything held about your account and store, so you can read those three values yourself before you write.

Starting the free trial needs no card. Each plan carries a 30-day free trial.

Where to go next

  • To compare what each tier costs and includes, see the plans and prices article.
  • To export the file above, see the article on exporting your data.
  • To end your account and cancel an active Shopify charge, see the account deletion article.
  • For anything that is not about billing, the contact article lists the same address and what to send.

Questions

Will I get a refund?

This page does not say. No refund policy is stated here, so we will not guess at one. Write to support@restocapp.com with the store domain, the amount and the date of the charge.

Where does the Restoc charge appear?

On your Shopify invoice. Restoc bills through Shopify, and payment details stay with Shopify rather than with us.

How do I stop future charges?

Uninstalling Restoc from your Shopify admin ends billing. Deleting your account in Settings > Account also cancels any active Shopify charge and removes your stored data at the same time.

What should I put in the email?

Your store's .myshopify.com domain, the email you sign in with, the amount and date of the charge, and the plan you expected to be on.

Does the trial need a card?

No. Starting the free trial needs no card, and each plan carries a 30-day free trial.

What do the plans cost?

Starter is $9 a month, Growth $19 a month and Pro $29 a month. Billed annually they are $90, $190 and $290 a year, which is two months free compared with monthly, about 17% off.
